TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Client Etiquette and Conduct:

Inappropriate Behaviour:
Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual advances, harassment, or threats, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session and no refund.

Hygiene:
Please do not attend a session if you have an illness. Under these circumstances you can reschedule. Similarly, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if a therapist is unwell. Our therapists practice good standards of hygiene and are always clean and well presented, we expect the same of our clients.

Dress Code:
Generally, we ask customers to wear their underwear or loose clothing in the case of traditional Thai massage. For body scrubs, swim wear or a towel which we will provide may be more appropriate.

Professional Boundaries:
Please respect our therapists and their professional boundaries and avoid any behaviour that could make the therapist uncomfortable.
2. Booking, Payment, and Cancellations:

Booking Process:
Appointments are available for durations ranging from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Please specify the treatment you require at the time of booking. We can then allocate the appropriate therapist and room for your treatment.

Payment:
Clients can pay online at the time of booking, over the telephone or in person with cash or a card / payment app. Payments need to be paid before treatment begins.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling within 24 hours or failing to attend a treatment will incur the full cost of treatment.
Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals will receive the balance of their treatment within the timeframe booked.

Refunds:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund using the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full treatment cost.

3. Health and Safety:

Health Information:
Clients will be asked to complete a health information form before treatment, disclosing any relevant medical conditions or allergies.

Medical Advice:
Our therapists are not medical professionals so cannot give individual advice

Contraindications:
Our therapists reserve the right to decline treatment if it is counterproductive to the client’s health.
4. Force Majeure:

Unforeseen Circumstances:
We cannot guarantee an appointment in unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, traffic delays, or other events beyond the business's control.

Rescheduling:
In circumstances outside of our control we will endeavour to reschedule an appointment or offer a full refund.
5. Other Important Considerations:

Confidentiality:
Client information will be kept confidential, our therapists will not disclose any personal information without the client's consent.

Intellectual Property:
Our therapists will not infringe on any copyright or patent.

Photography and Recording:
We take our responsibility towards the safety and security of our staff and clients seriously. To that end, we use Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras to help us to monitor our premises in a specific way.
We use of CCTV and other systems including monitored alarm(s) and personal protection equipment which capture moving and still images of people who could be identified, as well as information relating to individuals for any of the following purposes:

Crime Detection and Prevention

The safety of the Public, Visitors, Clients and Staff.
It is important to note however, that CCTV cameras are not fitted and do not cover treatment, toilets or changing areas.
Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure our clients safety and security, Mantra Holistics, including their massage therapists, cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to vehicles and/or any personal items left unattended on their premises.

6. Disclaimer:
Mantra Holistics provide massage therapies, but none of these are a substitute for professional medical care or counselling. Mantra Holistics will not diagnose, prescribe medication or medical treatment of any kind, and will always recommend referral to a GP or other qualified medical specialist or practitioner.
The client has a duty to provide accurate and true medical and personal information, to the best of their knowledge, and to keep Mantra Holistics up to date with details of any medication, symptoms, medical concerns or treatments they are having investigated or undergoing treatment for.
Mantra Holistics may refuse to treat any client or part of their body with just and reasonable cause. Mantra Holistics reserves the right to terminate any appointment at any time if they believe that it is not in the best interest or safe for either the client or the massage therapist to continue. Likewise, the client has the right to refuse, modify or terminate treatment at any time, regardless of prior consent given.
